Allegheny County Transit Council
The Allegheny County Transit Council is a volunteer organization made up of frequent public transit users established in 1984. ACTC communicates rider questions and concerns to Port Authority.

Committee for Accessible Transit
The Committee for Accessible Transportation is a volunteer advisory group to identify ways to improve public transit for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Address the Board
Port Authority's Board meets on a monthly basis. Public comment is welcome at all full Board meetings. All requests to address the Board must be submitted at least five business days prior to the date of the meeting at which you want to appear.

We recognize that contributions for community or charitable purposes can provide a direct benefit to Port Authority and its transit operations and system through enhanced visibility and community acceptance, which is of intangible benefit to Port Authority.
