ReadyFare™ Card
ReadyFare™ is our enhanced, next-generation fare product.
It's more than a new look, it's a better, more convenient way to purchase and pay your fare. It will also provide additional benefits now and in the future. New ReadyFare equipment is being installed throughout the PRT system, including new fare vending machines, fareboxes, and more. Our retail partners will also be ready to assist you in loading and reloading your new ReadyFare card by Spring 2026.
Already have your ReadyFare™ card?
By signing up for a ReadyFare account, you can protect your card if it's lost or stolen, manage multiple cards in your household under one account, and load stored cash value to your account for flexible and convenient riding options.
It's time for you to switch to ReadyFare.
By late 2026, our fareboxes will no longer accept ConnectCards, and you will need to either use your new ReadyFare card, the Ready2Ride mobile app, or pay in cash.
If you still have a remaining balance on your ConnectCard, you can transfer it to your new ReadyFare card.
Fund Balance Transfer
Easily transfer your remaining ConnectCard balance to your new ReadyFare™ card by answering a few easy questions.
How Do I Get a ReadyFare card?
Current registered ConnectCard holders will receive a card in the mail with instructions on how to request a ReadyFare card. Current ConnectCard holders who have registered their card with an email address will also receive an email with these same instructions. Once a request for a new ReadyFare card has been submitted, PRT will mail you your new card.
ReadyFare Vending Machines
You can also purchase a ReadyFare card for $1 at the new Fare Vending Machines (FVMs) that are currently being installed. Once a ReadyFare machine is installed at a location, the existing ConnectCard machine will be removed.
