When did you start working at PRT?
I joined the PRT team in the summer of 2008.
What do you do in your current role?
As a Digital Customer Service Representative, I am responsible for disseminating accurate information to customers and employees regarding service, delays and/or service disruptions in a timely and consistent manner.
What is one thing about your job that people would find most interesting?
Most call centers focus on the quantity of customer interactions. At PRT our Customer Service Department prioritizes the quality of those interactions over everything.
What do you like most about working in the public transportation industry?
I love the fact that each and every day I am helping people inside and outside the community. That could be getting our patrons to their place of employment, school, doctor's appointment, job interview, daycare or back home to their residence safely.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Traveling the world.
