Allegheny County Transit Council (ACTC) is a volunteer organization made up of frequent public transit users established in 1984. ACTC communicates rider questions and concerns to Pittsburgh Regional Transit.

Meeting Information

General meetings are held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Neil H. Holmes Board Room, 5th Floor, 345 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, unless otherwise noted.

Executive Committee meetings are held from noon to 1 p.m. in the Plaza Conference Room, 3rd Floor, 345 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, unless otherwise noted.
