PRT Winter Storm Service Update 1-26 at 3:30 p.m. 

Our Downtown Service Center will not open until noon tomorrow due to weather and temperature conditions. 

Rail is running normal service.

Buses are operating where road conditions allow. Riders can expect service delays of 10-15 minutes. 

Riders are encouraged to stay home if possible and allow extra travel time if necessary.

Detours will be implemented one trip at a time if buses are unable to access certain streets safely.

26 Chartiers – staying out of Allendale
39 Brookline – units are not servicing Brookline Blvd. or Altmar/Reamer area
22 McCoy – staying out of Pleasant Ridge
81 Oak Hill – units are staying on Centre Ave., not serving Bentley Dr.
83 Webster – units are staying on Centre Ave.
83 Webster – units are not servicing the Upper Hill in Bryn Mawr/Milwaukee
59 Mon Valley – units are not serving top side of Whitaker/Mon View Heights
93 Hazelwood-Oakland - units not using Hazelwood Avenue due to ice, using Johnston Avenue inbound and outbound
77 Penn Hills – units are staying out of Alcoma Apartments
87M Friendship – not servicing Morningside Ave.
P17 Lincoln Park – staying out of East Hills & Lincoln Park
79 East Hills – staying out of East Hills
58 Greenville – staying of Winterburn Ave.
75 Ellsworth- unit 632 is stuck outbound Elsworth Ave. at Shady Ave.

There are several other buses unable to complete their routes due to road conditions. These could turn into delays for the entire route. We will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates as needed. 

If travel isn't absolutely necessary, please stay home. 

If that's not possible, we encourage you to call Customer Service (412-442-2000) to see if your bus is serving your bus stop. Customer Service representatives are available until 8 p.m. 

Riders are also encouraged to use TrueTime or a 3rd party app to track your trip.
