Park and ride lots are for commuter parking only and are not intended for residential, commercial, overnight or long-term parking or for recreational use (with the exception of some lots that are privately owned or operated).

Please park only in designated areas. Parking in a non-designated area may result in your vehicle being ticketed and towed.

While transit and local police regularly patrol park and ride lots, we encourage you to lock your car, conceal and secure valuables, and report any suspicious activity or items by calling 911.

South Hills Village Garage

As of June 4, 2021, a new payment system was installed for customers of South Hills Village Garage.

Daily Passes

New kiosks at the garage allow daily pass customers to pay at the exit. A copy of your receipt can be obtained at www.flashreceipts.com.

Monthly Passes

Customers who would like to sign-up for monthly passes can do so at portauthoritypa.parkitmonthly.com, a new online portal that allows you to manage your parking account, including recurring payment options. This portal can also be used by current monthly pass holders who would like to manage their account.

Annual passes will no longer be offered. Current annual passholders will be able to use their annual pass through its end date. If you have questions, please contact customercare@parkwaycorp.com or call 267-765-3666.

Job Perks, Wage Works or Edenred Program Customers

South Hills Village Garage customers who receive parking passes directly from their employer through a Job Perks, Wage Works or Edenred program will not be affected by this change and do not need to set up an account through the ParkIt portal. Please continue with your program as it has previously been managed.

Customers who purchase and manage their parking pass with a Wage Works or Edenred transit benefits debit card will need to set up an account through the ParkIt portal.

A Customer Service window is located on the 1st floor of the garage and is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. An emergency 24 hour call button can be found at the exit of the garage.
