How Do We Line Up?

Dear Customer,

Pittsburgh Regional Transit would like to know what you think of bus and/or light-rail  service in Pittsburgh. For example, are they usually on time? Is it easy to find the best route for your trip? Is it easy to pay for your trip? Are they clean, comfortable and well-driven? 

We are interested in your replies regarding your current use of the bus and/or light-rail  service whether you use them frequently, occasionally, or even if you hardly ever use it.

Most respondents complete the survey in 3-5 minutes. The survey consists of a number of statements, and we would like to know whether you agree or disagree with each of them. These statements are followed by a few additional questions about yourself. Please complete the survey only once.

This survey is being conducted by a number of transit agencies across the country at the same time so that they can find out what their passengers think of the service they provide. These cities will compare the results of the surveys, so that they can learn from each other and work toward giving you even better service.

Your information and your responses will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
