Allegheny County is constantly changing, and as it changes the transit system should evolve as well. We've developed a process for collecting major service requests in conjunction with our service guidelines to evaluate all incoming requests in a consistent and transparent manner.

UPDATE: DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC, OUR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT AND SCHEDULING STAFF ARE FOCUSED ON ENSURING OUR CURRENT SERVICE ON THE STREET IS AS RELIABLE AND USEFUL AS POSSIBLE. FOR THIS REASON, SERVICE REQUESTS ARE NOT BEING EVALUATED THIS YEAR; ANY REQUESTS RECEIVED IN 2022 WILL INSTEAD BE AGGREGATED AND REVIEWED WHEN WE BEGIN OUR BUS NETWORK STUDY IN 2023.
